X-Ray Precision Measurement for Ceramic Dispensing Nozzle
In LONGYI, we use X-ray and precision measuring equipment to ensure the quality of glue flow. In addition, we suggest doing a reverse engineering service since it won't damage the workpiece.
The Difference between Tungsten Steel and Ceramic
Glue Contrary - Tungsten Steel Dispensing Nozzle and Ceramic Dispensing Nozzle.
As the adhesive’s coating speed is at 90%, tungsten steel dispensing showed uneven glue amount, causing defects in the product.
As the picture shows, tungsten steel dispensing needs to reduce its coating speed to 50% or lower to reach ceramic dispensers at 90% coating speed with the same glue amount and evenness. Ceramic dispensing not only increases productivity but also decreases the worry of downtime maintenance.
