Precision Measurement
Each of LONGYI products will go through our precision measurement system. In the purpose of ensuring every product reaches customers' needs for their product tolerance. Our precision measurement tools are an X-Ray measuring system, 2.5D image measuring, and a coordinate measuring machine. Each measuring way has different convenience or accuracy. LONGYI will select the most suitable and accurate precision measurement. After measurement, our machine can present a detailed report for customers.

X-Ray Measuring System
X-Ray measuring system simplify the image measuring. It can also take a perspective picture that shows details that we can’t see by the naked eye.
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) measures products with its probe. As the machine keeps contacting the products, the data is transferred to computer software and build up a 3D model at the same time. The probe can be moved manually by the controller. Furthermore, the CMM can be programmed then it can measure the products automatically.
